Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation call. If that’s missed, we’ll send a follow-up via WhatsApp and SMS within a few hours. Please confirm your order through any of these channels so we can process it promptly.

Processing & Dispatch

• We strive to dispatch most items within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• For bulkier or delicate items, processing may take a bit longer.

Delivery Rates & Timing

• Flat shipping rate: PKR 150 per order (up to 3 kg).
• Items needing sensitive handling or oversized packaging may include additional charges.
• Delivery timeline:
  • Punjab: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 business days

Package Handling

• For safety, parcels can’t be opened before payment is made at the time of delivery.
