🍼 Easy Returns

  • You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Just make sure they’re unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

🎀 Exchange or Store Credit

  • Once we get your return, we’ll check it and happily offer you:
    • A new size or product, OR
    • A Kakikaka store credit (promo code) to shop again.

🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are usually non-refundable.
  • But if we sent the wrong color, size, or item, we’ll cover the charges too.

📦 Sending Back Items

  • You can send the parcel back using your favorite courier service (shipping cost on you).
  • If we arrange a reverse pickup, the process may take up to 20 working days.
