What are the delivery charges?

We offer flat-rate delivery of PKR 150 per order, no matter the number of items. This keeps things simple and affordable.

How do I place an order online?

  1. Browse our site and add your favorites to the cart.
  2. Hit Proceed to Checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and select a payment method.
  4. Complete the order—an SMS with your Order ID will follow for tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Once confirmed, your Kakikaka goodies arrive in 2–5 working days, depending on your location. If unexpected delays (like weather or courier issues) occur, we’ll let you know.

Do you have physical stores?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! For now, enjoy the convenience of shopping from home with fast delivery across Pakistan.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if items are unused with tags intact. You can choose a refund voucher or exchange. Full details are in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You have 24 working hours to confirm your order via OTP or IVR. After that, it’s automatically canceled. Other cases (e.g., incorrect address or repeated refusals) are also handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I lost my Order ID?

No worries! Your Order ID is sent via SMS and email. If you still can’t locate it, just reach out to us—we’ll help you find it quick.
